About the Event
ABHC formed a coalition with St Luke’s Anglican Church of Bendals to improve youth mental health!
“I Am Love” a mental wellness workshop will be delivered to St Luke’s Church’s youth. This workshop will guide youth parishioners on the art of Self-Love and creating a healthy self-esteem with faith. We’re bridging the gap between religion, mental health and self-love.
Facilitated by ABHC president, Cerene Prince, MSW, LCSW licensed psychotherapist and expert in child & adolescence.
