ABHC formed a coalition with Pares Secondary School to improve youth mental health with partnership of Nutrition Coach and CEO of Socarobics, Tony “Tiger” Jacobs
“Creating the Life I Deserve” will be delivered to the students of Pares Secondary School in 2 Parts:
Cerene: Young Women: “The Art of Self-Love in Mind, Body and Soul”
Tony: Young Men: “Mental Wellness Care, Embrace the Tears and Body Care”
Together: Cerene and Tony will educate students on the importance of nutrition for long term effects and guide us thru movement to regulate our nervous system for a successful day!
